Zaki Rent Car is a vehicle rental service portal designed to simplify customer mobility in Medan and its surrounding areas. The website serves as both a digital catalog and a booking gateway, offering a wide range of fleet options, from daily city cars to luxury units. The primary focus of this project was to build a solid digital representation for a local business to reach a broader audience through fast and responsive booking features.

Challenge Faced

The main challenge in the local car rental industry is establishing instant trust with new potential customers. Many users are skeptical about price transparency and the actual condition of the vehicles. Technically, the challenge was to create a booking flow that is incredibly simple—without complex registration hurdles—while maintaining a professional and competent look amidst a highly competitive digital market.

Results and Impact:

I developed the site with a User Experience (UX) approach that prioritizes direct conversion. By integrating strategic Direct WhatsApp buttons and informative catalog displays, customers can book a vehicle in seconds. To enhance credibility, I emphasized transparent pricing and visual customer testimonials. On the technical side, local SEO optimization was implemented to ensure Zaki Rent Car appears as a top choice for travelers or business professionals seeking transportation in North Sumatra.
